SBM a commercial real estate company that buys, develops, and leases commercial real estate. EPSI-Welder Fabricator Job Summary A great candidate knows that welding is the intersection of art and science;

the job of bringing similar and dissimilar materials together so that they stand the test of time takes a special type of person.

• As part of our team of professional fabricators, you construct and manufacture highly engineered plating rack systems (tooling);
• a necessity in driving the manufacturing economy of the US and neighboring countries. While you will be asked to follow blueprints, determine material measurements, and take responsibility for fabricating parts used in later assembly processes;

we also expect the right candidate to provide feedback on how parts can be made better, faster and cheaper to drive product development.

You are responsible for the quality of your output, so you must be able to perform simple tests to ensure weld quality and tolerance in order to be considered for this position.
