• Engages the patient and family to develop treatment plans that address identified goals.* Develops and lead staff education in psychiatric issues.
• May participate in on-call rotation.Requirements : * MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required* Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required board certified in Psychiatry within two years of hire upon hire* BE / BC with ABMS or AOA required* Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)* Ability to obtain and / or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)* Ability to meet criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable ACLS / BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hireLocations : Minneapolis, St Paul, Fridley, Hastings, New Ulm, Coon Rapids, Cambridge, Faribault, Maple Grove, Bloomington, Woodbury, Blaine, and New Ulm other potential locations across the metro in our primary care clinics.
