Position Overview :
As Victory Live’s Manager of Training Programs, you will lead the development and execution of scalable and measurable training initiatives for both internal personnel and external clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education programs that empower clients and employees to maximize their potential.
You will oversee the rollout of a Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that our internal and external knowledge bases are current, accessible, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage effective training programs for onboarding and ongoing education for clients and employees, ensuring they are engaging and impactful.
- Roll out and oversee a Learning Management System (LMS) to support and enhance training initiatives.
- Maintain and continuously update internal and external knowledge bases, ensuring they are user-friendly and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop tailored content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Analyze training usage data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, continuously refining our approach to training programs.
- Champion the voice of the learner within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities across all functions.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience in training program management, education, or related roles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing onboarding and training programs in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and measure the impact of training programs.
- Passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences and a relentless focus on learner satisfaction and development.
Additional Information :
- This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Limited travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or industry events.
- This position is on-site M-F.*
