Personal Care Aide PCA Immediate Hire
Wage : $17.00 / Hour
Work Location : Home Based Care Reno
A minimum of 6 months care-giving experience with geriatrics

As a Home Care Aide / Personal Care Aide, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :
- Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in an independent / assisted living facility.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
- Help with ambulation and transferring.
- Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
A few must-haves for Home Care Aides / Personal Care Aides :
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role
- Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
- Valid NV driver license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
