Job Requirements :
- Associate s degree in Computerized Drafting field preferred.
- 2 years of experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards.
- Fluency in Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Design Review, and current version of Revit software.
- Strong Revit / BIM experience, including ability to create work sets and understanding of Revit work sharing process.
- Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades.
Preferred Skills :
- Working knowledge of 3D layout and design.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Oracle preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit Families for revised standards or specific project needs.
- Perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit according to standards.
- Lead modeling efforts on projects, working with support modelers to complete deliverables.
- Setup of Revit views for use by the Project team and manage electronic document filing.
- Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint, or project websites (FTP, etc.).
Pay Details : $25.00 to $38.00 per hour
