As a Mister Sparky electrician, you'll solve problems with wiring, electrical panels and switches, indoor lighting, smoke detectors, smart home services, and more in private homes and businesses.

You'll work independently and make people feel comfortable and safe.

• $75,000.00- $120,000.00 / average annual

Responsibilities

This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential and light commercial setting.

Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role :

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and services
• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs
• Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as it applies to your craft
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
• Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide, accurately present repair or installation options, and complete safety inspections

Job requirements

• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass a backgroundcheck and drug screening
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
• Must have an Electrical Apprentice license
• 1 year residential experience
• Customer service skills
• Must be technologically sound
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
