Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is seeking a dynamic Recruiter / Headhunter with a background in Engineering, IT, or Construction to join our Civil Engineering team.

As a Recruiter at REC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both your personal brand and the success of our business.

Your daily tasks will involve immersing yourself in our industry sectors, engaging with potential candidates and prospective hiring managers, and staying abreast of industry trends.

In this sales-driven role, you will proactively manage your day, making outbound calls to our industry sectors. We are seeking ambitious individuals who embody or aspire to the title of "Real Headhunters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain a robust network of clients and candidates in the technical recruiting field, with a preference for those with construction or related industry experience.
  • Proficiently research potential candidates and hiring managers using professional networking sites, databases, and online tools.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks for all candidates.
  • Effectively promote and market our recruiting services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate, problem-solve, and close deals to achieve desired results.
