Contact Center Representative - Customer Service

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency across various computer applications and have strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are Spanish-speaking and have experience in a dental office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from plan members or providers, applying advanced skills and procedures to deliver a high level of service.
  • Manage enrollments, cancellations, and complaints while answering all inquiries.
  • Document all activities and interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with recording instructions.
  • Provide clear and concise communication, maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor under pressure.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and comfortable navigating PC operating systems.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality in adhering to work schedules and instructions.
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Spanish-speaking ability.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting.
