Job Summary :
We are seeking a Contact Center Representative with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency across various computer applications and have strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are Spanish-speaking and have experience in a dental office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from plan members or providers, applying advanced skills and procedures to deliver a high level of service.
- Manage enrollments, cancellations, and complaints while answering all inquiries.
- Document all activities and interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with recording instructions.
- Provide clear and concise communication, maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor under pressure.
Required Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and comfortable navigating PC operating systems.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Dependability and punctuality in adhering to work schedules and instructions.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Spanish-speaking ability.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting.
