Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with consultants and client stakeholders to diagnose needs and co-create solutions

Personalize and adapt content to reflect client industries and roles

Design blended learning experiences and develop facilitator-ready materials

Required Qualifications

5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role

Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills

End-to-end project management experience

Deep understanding of learning science and adult learning principles

Experience across multiple learning modalities
