Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Strategy : Lead a skilled maintenance team, setting the course for preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Equipment Optimization : Oversee the maintenance and repair of cutting-edge automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure maximum operational efficiency by implementing best practices in maintenance processes.
- Innovation : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and stay at the forefront of technology in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Team Development : Foster a culture of excellence within the maintenance team. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions, optimize maintenance schedules, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment.
