Lead Resource Coordinator

The Primrose School of Lone Tree has an opening for a Lead Resource Coordinator!! This position requires someone who has several different skills and will assist to coordinate classroom resources, act as a teacher when needed in the classroom and close the school at the end of each day.

Benefits :

  • Hourly compensation is $20.00-$24.00 / hour, depending on experience and education

As an Resource Coordinator, you will :

  • Assist in oversight of front desk reception
  • Be proactive in educational concerns and classroom management issues
  • Assembly and distribution of curriculum components (copies, laminating, cutting, posting, etc)
  • Walk classrooms and greet staff
  • Conduct regular counts
  • Observe and enforce policies and procedures / primary focus on health and safety
  • Interact professionally with families and staff
  • Work in classrooms when needed
  • Conduct school closing procedures at the end of each day

Qualifications :

  • Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency
  • PDIS 2 (or higher), CDA, Associates or Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood education, daycare, preschool, or childcare program required
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations .

For Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
