Primary Responsibilities :
Enhance customer satisfaction by being clear, informative, positive, professional, and prompt in resolving cases.
Advocate for the customer by combining empathy with a focus on achieving results.
Utilize departmental KPIs to evaluate and improve personal performance and explore opportunities for additional compensation.
Promote the company's interests by creating positive customer interactions
Make outbound calls to address and resolve cases related to retention inquiries effectively.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on pricing and products
Educate customers about pricing structures and product features.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance retention efforts.
Create action plans to counteract negative retention trends and boost enrollment rates.
Minimum Qualifications :
5 years of experience in client retention or customer service
Ability to manage approximately 30 calls and resolve 25-30 cases per day.
Experience in customer retention is highly desirable.
Strong skills in retention and customer interaction.
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and related data management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Bonus skills / Soft skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in payment services or SaaS is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and dependability.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
