Compensation :

$60,000 - $100,000+ commission plan earnings

Responsibilities :

• Drive sales and business development through networking and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm by learning and role-playing.
• Take advantage of mentoring opportunities from experienced agents.
• Take part in structured coaching and training to maximize business growth.
• Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers.

Qualifications :

• Must have an NH Real Estate license or soon-to-be licensed
• Career-focused
• Team player
• Mentoring program available - be mentored by a top team member
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, and works well under pressure
• A great team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
• Tech savvy and able to manage and learn new systems
