Job Description : Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage earned media opportunity process with editorial calendar tracking, approval flows and end-result reporting
• Track global website domain ownership and renewal process
• Facilitate annual budget creation, purchase orders and outside service contracts required to support the marketing communications function
• Supervise trademark registrations and develop internal process for requests and reporting with the legal department
• Support editorial and design review process with internal customers
• Drafting and process flow management of global press releases
• Strategic marketing communications planning and integration with regional marketing leaders across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific
• Schedule and support outside services as needed (photography, facility tours, Meltwater, BusinessWire)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Proficient understanding of business and management principles (budgeting, future planning, prioritizing resources)
• Ability to navigate in a corporate setting, using relationships, processes and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple projects, lead with confidence and integrate with various business functions
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized
• Strong digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Passion and positive attitude

Experience

• You are a hardworking self-starter who continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes. You are a lifelong learner and are willing to take on projects that may not fit in a traditional project management, marketing or communication role.
• 10+ years of experience with project management preferably in the communications or marketing field
