Job Description :

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer Intern to join our R&D team. In this role, you will design touch screen UI components and layouts for our operation systems, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop touch screen UI components and layouts for our operation systems based on UX principles.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
• Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to convey design concepts.
• Make layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to font, color, and image style guidelines.
• Provide guidance on implementing UX research techniques and testing activities to evaluate user behavior.
• Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages, and banners.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI / UX design and incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Mandarin.
• A portfolio showcasing professional UI / UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of fundamental design concepts, including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
• General knowledge of web and mobile technologies and development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to recognize trends and incorporate user feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, collaborate with other designers, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability guidelines and best practices.
• Fundamental knowledge of user experience research and testing methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
