We are currently seeking a Production Assistant for an e-commerce company. This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities :
- Build, move, and organize items in the studio.
- Assist photographers in moving products on / off set.
- Help directors and managers with photo sample coordination.
- Organize props in the studio.
- Assemble products such as furniture, toys, and seasonal décor.
- Inspect item samples, understand their usage, and provide feedback to Customer Support and Product Quality Teams.
- Develop and implement loss mitigation processes and protocols.
- Maintain an ongoing inventory report.
- Load and unload product samples and studio equipment for on-location photoshoots.
- Coordinate raffles or donation pickups / drop-offs for unneeded samples.
Qualifications & Required Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with Microsoft programs is preferred.
- Must have 1+ years of relevant experience or warehouse / product knowledge.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in the studio.
- Capable of alternating between sitting and standing, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet business needs.
