Position Summary :
Odyssey is looking for a Data Analyst II to support the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Research Transition Office (RTO).
RTO is the DOD’s gold standard for transitioning health-related research to the field by developing, evaluating, and disseminating knowledge products for Soldiers and their families.
RTO bridges the gulf between laboratory and field to advance relevant and effective research to safeguard and enhance Soldier readiness and lethality.

Responsibilities :
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Conducts advanced statistical analysis including multilevel modeling, structural equation modeling, and longitudinal analyses.
- Must have experience in training and testing machine learning models using advanced statistical coding languages, and experience with artificial intelligence (AI)-based approaches such as large language models.
- Must produce high-quality data visualizations and ability to present findings to a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Citizenship : Must be a US citizen
Clearance : NACI (Able to Obtain)
Education : Master's degree in quantitative psychology, statistics, informatics, or related field
Years of Experience : Minimum 2 years of professional experience post-degree
