We are looking for a new Director of People to lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle here at Plus Dane. You will be an inclusive, inspiring leader who shares our values and is committed to supporting the organisation and our colleagues to deliver great things.
This is an exciting time to be joining our fantastic People team. You will have an opportunity to shape the new strategy and will lead its successful delivery alongside the wider Leadership team.
Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of current OD / HR best practice and be passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and its importance in creating a high performing organisation.
