Duct Cleaning Worker-(3289865)
Description
Under supervision but following standard policies and procedures, remove, clean, and re-install air conditioning duct / terminal units throughout the hospital facilitie
- Remove, clean, and reinstall air conditioning duct / terminal units.
- Maintain service record of work performed.
- Bring to the foreman’s attention any broken diffusers or dampers during the course of a workday.
- Replace / repair ceiling tiles associated with the terminal units as needed.
- Visual inspect areas and submit all repairs through the work order system.
- Responsible for snow removal as needed.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure all work is completed within ICRA & ILSM guidelines

Qualifications
- Completion of a high school or vocational school.
- Three to five years working experience in a hospital environment.
- Must have physical ability to work on ladders.
- Must be physically able to use a respirator.
- Ability to complete routine written records.
- Hot work certification required
