The target pay range for this position is $34.18-$41.78 hourly. The full pay range is $26.59-$49.38 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As a Member Consultant Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members and internal customers. Your expertise in member service, problem resolution, and workflow management will ensure that our location promotes remote services effectively. You'll be a mentor and coach for your team, handling escalated member issues and authorizing exceptions. Your leadership will support and achieve our sales, service, and quality objectives.

What you'll do :

• Deliver exceptional service : Ensure members and internal customers receive excellent service by utilizing remote access channels and assisting with inquiries and transactions.
• Mentor and coach : Serve as a mentor and coach for team members, assisting consultants with questions and handling escalated member issues.
• Support leadership : Work with the manager to identify team needs related to training, mentoring, and coaching. Monitor workflow and volume to ensure timely assistance.
• Enhance procedures : Recommend procedure, product, or service enhancements to provide responsive and efficient service.
• Maintain reports : Assist with creating, maintaining, and distributing departmental reports and statistics.
• Ensure compliance : Maintain signing authority for BECU's release of interest on title vehicles and guarantee signatures in accordance with the STAMP program.
• Monitor controls : Monitor department internal controls and quality control reports, ensuring timely and effective audits.
• Communicate effectively : Maintain effective communication with all Credit Union employees to achieve Credit Union goals.
• Continuous improvement : Strive for the continuous improvement of processes and quality of service.
