LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL ENGINEER

At Servient, we're building Generative AI powered LegalTech. We're looking for a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team and implement NLP algorithms in conjunction with LLMs to bring efficiency to legal tasks..

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement efficient strategies for fine-tuning large language models on GPUs, focusing on performance optimization and model stability.
• Develop custom training pipelines and frameworks for utilizing the power of GPUs in LLM training and inference.
• Monitor and analyze LLM performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further optimization and resource allocation.
• Participate in research and development initiatives related to LLM architecture, distributed training, model compression (Quantization), parameter efficient fine tuning (PEFT) methods.
• Collaborate with NLP scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and legal professionals and subject matter experts to integrate LLMs into our products.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM research and development, actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience with a

• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including deep learning models for language generation.
• Expertise in distributed training frameworks such as Deepspeed and PEFT methods such as sLORA
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with GPU programming (e.g., CUDA, cuDNN), libraries such as
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing efficient distributed fine tuning methods using distributed learning frameworks.
• Excellent software development skills with a focus on code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.

Nice to have :

• Experience in distributed computing and scaling machine learning models for production environments.
• A keen understanding of NLP applications in your specific field of interest (e.g., healthcare, education, finance).
