Responsibilities :
- Oracle DatabaseAdministrator with experience in HRP systems Installing andmaintaining the Oracle databasesoftware.

- Training users on howto access the information in thedatabase.
- Contribute to thecreation and maintenance of disaster recoveryplans.
- Create a reliablebackup strategy.
- Ensure databasebackups are appropriately executed and periodic restorations areexercised to ensure backupquality.
- Determine anddocument DB policies procedures andstandards.
- Performance testingand evaluation to ensure data security privacy andintegrity.
- Identification ofbottle necks and deadlockissues.
- Ensure SLAs &operational KPIs are met working as necessary with internal andexternal support functions when major incidentsoccur.
- Prior experience inloading MRs and Custom Codes and HRPInstallations
- Worked on HRPmaintenance and has experience onLinux
- Experienced inconfiguring HRP frombackend
- Can troubleshoot HRPdata issues
- Implement bestpractices to extract data process query optimization andperformanceanalysis.
EducationalQualifications :
- Engineering DegreeBE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc.
- Technicalcertification in multiple technologies isdesirable.
