PROCUREMENT SPEICALIST :
This position is located at the company’s corporate office. The company is known for rewarding its employees well and being an employee friendly company.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Organize and own all sourcing projects to keep the current database up to date and add new suppliers as needed.
- Organize and own all bids for finished goods, and packaging.
Requirements and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in procurement management within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have expert experience in Excel (creating formulas, using lookups, and more).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- Strong Mathematics skills and financial forecasting capabilities
