Are you a seasoned CNC machinist looking for a dynamic and challenging role in the manufacturing industry? We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Mill Machinist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and performing light programming on CNC mills. This is a permanent position that promises to offer a stimulating work environment, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to work with cutting-edge CNC technology.

Responsibilities :

As a CNC Mill Machinist, your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to :

1. Operating and setting up CNC mills, ensuring they are calibrated and functional.

2. Performing light programming tasks to customize the operation of the CNC mills.

3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of each job.

4. Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each job, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.

5. Performing regular maintenance on the CNC mills to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.

6. Inspecting completed works for defects and errors, ensuring all products meet quality standards.

7. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the machining process.

8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, specifically with CNC mills.

2. Proficiency in operating, setting up, and performing light programming on CNC mills.

3. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

5. Strong attention to detail, ensuring all completed works meet quality standards.

6. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

7. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
