Channel your drive to make a difference into shaping an organization and an industry that's evolving fast to the future.The Military Engines Program Quality team is looking for a quality engineer who is energetic and motivated to conduct process and product audits, initiate continual improvement initiatives and ensure compliance of the production and modernization of military programs. What You Will Do : Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork. Communicate with various levels of management to identify Military Engines quality risks and mitigation plans. Collect and analyze process data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate nonconformances / escapes. Lead quality system, process, and product audits.

• Oversee complex and modular maintenance activities to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. Qualifications You Must Have :
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Ability to travel as required.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) experience.
• CORE / 8D Methodology experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer :

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
