Project Manager - Construction

The main purpose of this job is to support Corporate Construction & Design efforts in achieving the Bank's primary business goals related to the built environment including effective project & space management, as well as furniture systems & miscellaneous work orders within the assigned region.

Essential Functions

• Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods, etc., as required
• Manage construction projects (based upon the scope of project), including administration and approvals
• Manage the following furniture system components (based upon the scope of project) : installations, replacements, reorganizations, inventory management, etc. as needed
• Develop, manage and leverage vendor relationships to lower cost outlays
• Ensure all onsite contractors and vendors comply with procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
• Perform periodic space audits and surveys as necessary
• Oversee personnel relocation management and coordination among various supporting departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Compensation Range Annual Salary : $70,500.00 - $83,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
