Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as a Warehouse Logistics Site Manager to support C-130 aircraft operations at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.
This position will be the primary customer liaison to site leadership and across all Lockheed Martin business groups. Site Manager reports to the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Fleet Logistics Manager and maintains close coordination with the Global Fleet Support team in the management of Performance-Based Logistics requirements.
The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for on-site contractor technical services, GOLD inventory management system oversight, training system support, and sustainment spares warehouse liaison services.
As part of these responsibilities, he / she will manage project / support resources in compliance with cost goals and operating budgets and maintain a sustained growth of technical and professional competence of the on-site support team.
Management tasks include, but are not limited to :
- Oversight of all on-site contractor activities, planning and scheduling of on-site team work assignments
- Enforcement of safety and physical security procedures and directives
- Management of labor charges and administrative documentation
- Ensure personnel compliance with program, company, and government agency policies and procedures and coordinate staffing and training requirements.
- Must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and some travel may be required. US Department of Defense (DoD) mandated vaccinations may also be required.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must be a United States citizen. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or associated field.
- Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and Lockheed Martin Executives
- Experience developing and tracking of program metrics, and preparing executive level briefings.
- Hands-on knowledge of GOLDesp and SAP inventory management systems
