Description
- Work & stay on site during your 14 / 7 hitch or longer.
- Operate and maintain NOV solids control equipment including Centrifuges, Shakers, Vertical dryer & Pumps on a Rig location.
- Operate excavator to load trucks with drilled cuttings.
- Documentation of all daily activity at worksite on daily report and assure everyone is informed on rig location as well as support facilities / offices if any work scope changes, HSE concerns, etc.
- Travel to and from the rig location including West, Texas, & Colorado when needed.
- Understand all NOV and customer HSE requirements and Safe Work practices.
- Participate in Safety meetings & NOV Observation Program.
Qualifications
- Experience with operation and maintenance of Solids Control / Waste Management equipment or heavy equipment, and oil field work.
- Must be State Side / US Citizen
- Must be able to Pass Drug & Background Check.
- Must provide valid ID
- High School education or equivalent required
- Ability to work away from home long periods at a time.
- Able to work 12 or more hours a day on a land drilling rig.
- Good communication, Promptness, Self-Reliant / Goal Oriented
- Flexibility and means to travel and work in other districts for extended periods of time
- Basic Computer Literacy skills for completing daily reports (Windows, IOS, Excel)

- Tools / Equipment Used : Standard office equipment including Laptop computer, Track hoe, forklift, shovels, & hand tools.
- Posture : Prolonged standing; occasional bending / stooping, pushing / pulling, and twisting

- Lifting : Occasional heavy lifting and carrying (less than 50 pounds)
