A tech services company in Englewood, CO has a great opportunity awaiting an experienced Data Center Technician with 8+ years of experience.
The resource will be responsible for installation and maintenance and for acting as a Point of Contact for clients support / troubleshooting.
Please note : this role is fully onsite, 5 days per week in their Englewood, CO Data Center location
Responsibilities :
The Data Center Technician will be responsible for :
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware components such as servers, switches, and routers
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on data center equipment
- Monitoring the performance and health of data center equipment using various tools and software
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues to minimize downtime
- Managing and configuring network connections to ensure efficient data flow
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of Tech experience
- Proven skills in Networking, including : Cisco Network with ACI, Palo Firewalls or similar technologies
- Experience with Compute - Cisco UCS Servers or equivalent server blade systems
- Storage background (Netapp and / or Pure Arrays)
- Experience with Data Protection (Rubrik)
- Strong background in Physical Hardware maintenance and installation.
- Extensive experience with Cabling and Power
