What It Takes :

• General knowledge of child growth and development (because every superhero needs to understand their audience).

• No substantiated history of child abuse and neglect (because heroes protect, they don't harm).
• No staff member will have a felony conviction record on file within the last 5 years (because we're assembling a team of good guys).
