The Challenge : Support a growing services company that serves a number of clients across a fast-paced, dynamic business

What You’ll Do : This important role will be client facing, supporting our aggressive Revenue and EBITDA growth goals through new sales, business development and relationship cultivation.

Your deliverables are :

SALES EXECUTION AND ENABLEMENT Working with the CFO to support our internal sales process. Obtaining and maintaining expertise of the CRM system along with the sales processes.

Seeking training and expertise in sales methods. Performing consistent, on brand communication with sales targets and community members.

Producing and supporting production of events to support sales, virtual and in person. Outcome : Setting up our Team for successful growth through increased sales engagements with clients and prospects.

SALES MATERIALS MANAGEMENT Preparing any necessary sales materials which will be used during the sales cycle or by the Marketing Team.

Working with the Marketing Team, Content Manager, Product Manager and CFO to make sure that all materials are on brand, accurately priced and meeting quality standards.

Outcome : Create high-quality, compelling communication tools that communicate our services and value to target clients.

EVENT MANAGEMENT Managing all aspects of online and in person events, such as keynotes, round tables, summits, conferences, book signing and any other McGuckin Group event geared at generating an increase in sales and contacts, or community engagement.

Following a process to ensure a smooth, white glove experience and leveraging the CRM (Hubspot) to ensure all relevant data, benchmarks and event KPIs are easy to access and transparent to the organization.

Outcome : Increase sales and community engagement through life changing moments that matter with all stakeholders - this increases the value of the brand and results in higher revenue.

STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION Regularly updating the internal team on the status of client sales activity, sales process step completion, or escalation needs.

Providing guidance on sales status, risks, and methodologies to discover needs and align with our solution set. Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Providing stakeholders with relevant information and solutions. Outcome : Support and enable clients to realize their ROI.

Help target clients navigate for successful outcomes.

PROBLEM RESOLUTION Supporting the Account Manager and Delivery Partner in identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise at any stage of the client journey.

Outcome : Ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution. Protect Net Promoter Score and client experience.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Working closely with other teams in McGuckin Group e.g. Product Delivery, Marketing to meet sales targets.

Outcome : Ensuring that all internal teams are aligned in delivering a consistent and high-quality client experience.

DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD KEEPING Maintaining accurate records of requirements, roles and responsibilities, and agreements relevant to successful sales closure and transition to delivery.

Outcome : Well maintained data and traceability to deliver high quality products and services to our internal stakeholders and clients.

Keys to success will include :
