Visit our website www.kelilabs.com to learn more! We are seeking a self-motivated Entry / Intermediate level experience Customer Service Representative , to be part of a great customer experience team in Pembroke Pines, supporting the Aerospace industry.

As part of our top-level team, you will be interacting with some of the leading companies in the aviation, medical, and manufacturing industries, while gaining valuable experience in procurement and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities : Answer customer and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally via email / phone regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, etc.

Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, and availability to provide answers to frequently asked customer questions Handle procurement-related tasks, including purchasing functions and vendor management.

Accounts payable & purchasing functions Accounts receivable & invoicing functions Moderate data entry Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills : Customer service oriented - email and phone talented with a positive outgoing personality Strong skills with various office software, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce and other database or CRM software.

Great written and verbal communication skills Well organized and detail oriented Educational Qualifications and Experience : Job hoppers need not apply.

High School Diploma (required) / Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Minimum 1+ years in a customer service or related position (preferred) Minimum 1+ years in a professional office setting (preferred) Previous Procurement experience (preferred) Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred) Salary : $16.

00 - $24.00 per hour, average hourly rates vary based on experience and education.
