How you will make an impact :
As a Resident Assistant at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity.
You will provide hands-on personal care to older adults including assisting them tasks of daily living such as getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating;
as well as more healthcare related tasks like checking vital signs and medication administration. If you are seeking an opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of others, Northfield Retirement Community is where you belong.
Schedule varies : Both part-time and full-time positions available. Schedules include working alternating weekends and some holidays.
What you will need :
- Prior nursing or medical experience is required
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
- Must be able to pass MN Background Check
