We are seeking motivated and reliable Field Technicians to join our team. This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to work on high-profile construction projects in the Cincinnati area and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site testing of construction materials, including soil, concrete, asphalt, rebar, and steel
- Document findings using a tablet and prepare detailed daily activity reports
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Work alongside a Senior Field Technician for the first 30 days to gain experience
- Drive directly to job sites (mileage reimbursed)
Qualifications :
- Experience in construction materials testing (preferred)
- Familiarity with testing methods such as soil compression, slump tests, and density measurements
- NICET and INDOT certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with less than 6 points on record
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
