Job Description
Candidates local to Minnesota-Wisconsin ONLY
The role requires traveling to projects across the United States to install fall protection equipment, primarily on rooftops.
Applicants must utilize construction and fall protection safety measures when working at height.
You will be responsible for managing and working alongside an installation crew, leading team members, and ensuring the proper installation of safety equipment.
Other duties will include assistance in planning, ordering miscellaneous materials, manual lifting and moving of heavy materials, and assisting other team members in the construction of guard railing, brackets, and gates with power tools and basic construction skills.
Flexibility is required to fly / drive to the required job site as needed. Projects are scheduled Monday - Friday, and can require the day to be as short as 6 hours, or as long as 12 hours.
Finding, identifying, and correcting fall protection hazards involves a significant amount of problem-solving. No rooftop, mezzanine, structure, jobsite, or steel mill are alike.
Creativity alongside analytical and spatial reasoning skills play an important part.

Pay : $30. 00 - $40.00 per hour
Work Experience and Education
- Construction or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Fall Protection Training Preferred
- OSHA Training Preferred
- Forklift certification Preferred

- 2+ years experience as a Foreman
