- F5 and switch administration
- Windows or Linux server administration is a bonus
- Security background, especially any server security background would be a bonus
- Education Required : Computer Information Technology or related field degree.
Years’ Experience Required : 3+ years’ experience.
- Operationally, you will ensure the network is reliable, scalable, secure, and capable of meeting our current and future business needs
- Network Implementation : Implement network solutions, including hardware, software, and configuration changes
- Deploy and maintain network components
- Capacity Planning : Monitor network capacity requirements and ensure the network can handle increased traffic and new technologies
- Security : Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources for maximum efficiency and reliability
- Network Documentation : Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and inventory lists
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with business goals
- Primary responsibility : Senior Networking Administrator with a heavy focus on Firewall Administration.
Secondary responsibilities could include would be security, patching, server administration. This can largely be determined by skillset of the hired individual.
