What You Will Do

As Research Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate entering of large amounts of data into multiple systems, training staff on data entry to maintain continuity, and analyzing data for inconsistencies prior to entry.

The Opportunity

  • ATHN data entry and quality assurance report review and monitoring
  • Participate in projects requiring data collection, entry and analysis as requested.
  • Troubleshoot data entry and other technical issues with various staff members.
  • Train staff on appropriate data entry methods to ensure accuracy and continuity of data.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in entering and analyzing data.
  • Meet project deadlines and guidelines as directed.
  • Other duties that may be assigned not directly related to data entry and analysis.

This position is designed to be a hybrid role, splitting time between the office and a work from home environment.

This position may require minimal travel to trainings or conference events, as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s degree in related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience may be used in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience required.

Other knowledge requirements :

  • Working knowledge of data entry methods and programs.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • General knowledge of medical terminology.
