Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position, working Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Job Description :
- Assist customers with banking inquiries at the counter, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their financial needs are met
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Process customer transactions while ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank procedures
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience as a bank teller
- Experience with Fiserv software preferred
- Professional with proper phone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
