Catering Team Member

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.

Catering Team Member's will assist the operations in preparing and delivering our delicious food to our guests at their homes or businesses.

Catering Team Member's key mission is to deliver and help prepare our food and drinks to our guests in a safe and quick manner.

Catering Team Member's may also be involved in other daily front-of-the-house food ordering and fulfillment functions. This job includes order taking, cashier functions, preparing drinks and desserts, bagging food, delivering food / drinks to our guests, cleaning, and stocking.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Safely deliver orders to guests
• Ensure delivery is on time and meets quality standards
• Must help fulfill duties as needed in the restaurant when not on deliveries
• Provide Chick-fil-A's remarkable customer service to all of our guests
• Maintain basic reports (mileage, billing, etc)

Minimum age - 18 years old

• Clean driving record
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (for a minimum of one year)
• Proof of car insurance
• Reliable Communication (Cell Phone with data plan) required
• Required to assist in Restaurant operations, in the event there is not an order to deliver
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to skillfully navigate urban traffic
• Ability to properly represent the Chick-fil-A brand to the public
