Our leading client in the real estate industry is seeking a Senior Accountant. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on new accounting processes, manage a third-party bookkeeping team, and work with various types of real estate properties.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $70, to $, per year.
Job Description :
Manage the third-party bookkeeping team, helping with all accounting matters.
Analyze existing processes and recommend changes to implement best practices.
Assist project managers in the monthly construction draws.
Prepare monthly cash analysis and calculate owner distributions as needed.
Compile documents for yearly external audits.
Requirements :
Working knowledge of GAAP.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word .
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with financial statements and their components.
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
4+ years of accounting experience.
