Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical support to internal teams and resolve complex IT issuesMonitor and maintain IT systems for optimal performance and availabilityAdminister Microsoft Cloud and On-Prem Active Directories and manage M365 tenancy administrationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in a Level 2 support positionStrong knowledge of Windows operating systemsFamiliarity with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, and Firewall configurationExperience with networking troubleshooting and configuration
