I am currently working with a leading AM LAW level firm , who are actively looking to recruit a senior real estate attorney to join their Pittsburgh office.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.
- Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
- Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
- Staying abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top tier accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law - ideally gained in a large law firm setting.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
