Punchh Engineer

Our client provides customer loyalty and engagement solutions through the Punchh platform. We're looking for a Punchh Engineer to enhance and support our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development : Design, develop, and maintain Punchh platform features.
• Integration : Implement and optimize APIs; assist with client integrations.
• Support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Optimization : Monitor performance, identify improvements, and optimize code.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams and document technical processes.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience : 3+ years in software development, focusing on platform engineering and integrations.
• Skills : Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript; experience with APIs (RESTful, SOAP); knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases;

familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.

• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills for resolving technical issues.
• Communication : Effective verbal and written communication.
