Project Manager Disaster Restoration
Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 per year
RVP is seeking Project Managers to oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Responsibilities :
Plan and oversee restoration projects.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with crews, insurance adjusters, and property owners.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Prepare project reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Skills and Qualifications :
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in budgeting and project planning.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
At least 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
Possess the equivalent of a four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Demonstrate expertise and specialized knowledge or skills in Project Management in the field of Disaster Restoration.
