Sr. Debug and Diagnosis Engineer

The individual will be developing and implementing data analysis tool and tester platform tools to help improve debug and diagnosis capabilities for advanced technology node product.

Candidate will also get involved in electrical and physical fault isolation effort. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop tools to automate data analysis solutions Develop next generation AFX platform Create automation script for quantitative data visualization Work with team to provide support for data automation and tooling Perform automated and manual test execution, results analysis, root cause analysis, and verifications Maintain and contribute to the team's solutions (automated test frameworks, data process scripts and related tools) to address issues, add or enhance functionality, etc PREFERRED EXPERIENCE : Proven experience in IC design, or script coding, or silicon production validation, characterization, or yield analysis, or debug / diagnosis Fluent and hands on experience in scripting (Perl / python / TCL) Strong problem solving and communication skills with team working spirits, willing to learn new techniques Experience in FPGA (Xilinx Vivado) or similar tools Experience in IC process technology, ATE, yield analysis or silicon layout database / tools Experience in data analysis visualization tools such as Jump, Tableau, Power-Bi etc ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS : BSEE or MSEE with knowledge of IC design or verification (RTL, circuit, physical), and semiconductor physics.
