Job Summary :
The Communications Agent plays a key role in managing the internal and external communication efforts of the organization.
This position is responsible for crafting clear, engaging, and impactful messages across various platforms to support organizational objectives, maintain brand consistency, and enhance relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities :
- Media Relations : Liaise with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to share company news, respond to inquiries, and arrange interviews or press conferences.
- Internal Communications : Collaborate with HR and management to develop and disseminate internal communications, ensuring employees are informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Brand Messaging : Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communication channels, both internal and external.
- Crisis Communication : Assist in the development and execution of crisis communication strategies, providing timely and accurate information to the public and employees during emergencies or sensitive situations.
- Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform communication strategies and improve messaging.
- Event Support : Assist in planning and promoting corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications :
