Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Analyst to join our team in Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small- and medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects.
Identifies trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
Develops and implements strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.
May conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.
Experienced in improving overall operational performance and takes direction from more senior personnel.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree
A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
Two (2) years of position-specific experience

Physical Requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
