- The Director of Production, Procurement, and Quality will report directly to the COO and will be responsible for fine-tuning procurement and quality processes.
- This role involves establishing strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to optimize value and quality.
- The candidate will oversee the global procurement process, ensuring timely purchasing activities and on-time delivery of products.
- They will qualify new suppliers and identify potential risks within the supply chain, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- The position requires collaboration with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- The Director will lead a team of 7, focusing on optimizing purchasing, supplier management, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the home goods or fashion industry.
- A proven track record of building and leading teams for at least 5 years is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills are necessary to optimize procurement and quality processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills are required to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PO Management systems is expected.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a sense of urgency in performance are crucial for success.
