Overview :
Asa Remote Travel Agent you will play a crucial role in facilitatingand coordinating scheduling activities for clients suppliers andinternal teams.
This remote position offers flexibility and theopportunity to work with clients and suppliers in multiplecountries. Your responsibilities will include conducting researchcreating schedules presenting quotes to clients and maintainingeffective communication with suppliers through email and otherchannels.
This independent contractor opportunity iscommissionbased.
KeyResponsibilities :
1.Conduct Research :
Gather information relevant toscheduling and coordination tasks such as availability of resourcespricing and schedulingconstraints.
2.Planning :
Develop schedules and plans thatmeet the needs and expectations of clients taking intoconsideration time zones resources and other relevantfactors.
3. ClientInteraction :
Communicate directly with clients tounderstand their scheduling preferences provide quotes and addressany inquiries or concerns promptly andprofessionally.
4. SupplierRelations :
Establish and maintain relationshipswith suppliers negotiating terms coordinating services and ensuringseamlesscollaboration.
5. EmailCommunication :
Utilize email communication as aprimary means to facilitate scheduling share updates and addressany issues that mayarise.
6.Training :
Participate in comprehensivetraining programs provided by the company to acquire the necessaryskills and knowledge for therole.
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of ageor older.
Authorized to work in the USAAustralia Mexico orColombia.
Access to a stable WiFi connection asmartphone or acomputer.
Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
Ability to work independently andmanage timeeffectively.
Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
Adaptability and willingness tolearn.
No prior experience is required ascomprehensive training will beprovided.
