The Assistant Manager reports directly to the General Manager and requires little direction in performing their job functions and leading the restaurant team.
This position is responsible for managing and executing all dining room and kitchen functions to established Pei Wei operational standards.
The Assistant Manager must effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management and assumes all leadership responsibilities over the restaurant when the General Manager is not present.
